Wadim Tsymburski’s concepts belong, one can suppose, to one of the most important theoretical achievements of this school of thinking within the Russian state elite, and their reception not only facilitates a theoretical interpretation of politics, but even seems to build a framework for both the perception of the international situation and the Russia’s long-term grand strategy.
