My name is Dariusz Tomczak, I am 50 years old and have been living in the UK for several years. I am a proud father of two beautiful daughters, Zofia and Aleksandra.
The inspiration to create a private website were the events from a few years ago, which made me change my approach to what surrounds me. Perhaps we are not aware of it, but relocation in space causes large energetic changes, which results in the possibility of seeing ourselves from a different perspective. Each of my subsequent publications caused that I discovered, even exposed myself to myself.
The written word was an inspiration for me, a motivation to change, an instrument that opened a new way of thinking and perceiving the world. The verbal and non-verbal words allow you to convey to other people what we feel and perceive. I could say that these are just words, but in fact the words spoken inside create mine and yours and have an impact on your personality.
I added my first publications on FB, My Poetry - for you. Later, following my heart, I decided to go out into the world with what I feel and write, knowing that words can be a signpost for others to come to my own thoughts. I never name my poems because I do not want to suggest their interpretation, thanks to which each of you will perceive the content according to your own interior and needs.
And yes, in April 2020 I launched a website to which I invite you. I am at this age and I have a lot of trouble :) hence I am going to publish a book in the form of a book of selected poems, which are translated into English and Russian, and ultimately will also be Chinese. All this requires not only mental, but above all financial commitment.
