The geopolitical and geostrategic pause initiated after the collapse of the USSR has apparently ended. First, after the crisis of 2008, the world economic and trade order shuddered. On the other hand, the unexpected pandemic of 2020 brought uncertainty, even fear, and further bumps in the previous order. There was even a multidimensional (economic, commercial, technological, even monetary) fight between the two largest economic organisms on the globe, the USA and China.
